Project Management

We help you manage your project in any phase, from the identification of the opportunity and study of technical feasibility to the end of guarantees. We can offer you the following services, among others:

• Technical-economic analysis of the project: we analyze the different technical options of the market and we advise you on the budget of the selected option.
• Contractual management: we help our Clients in the negotiation with the EPC contractor so that our experience can provide them the best conditions. At the same time, we offer the possibility to follow up on your contract during the post-signing phase.
• Project Organization: we offer, if our Client needs it, a qualified Project Management team, or if you requested it, our experience to advise your team at any time.
• Construction / Commissioning Supervision: we will be owner’s eyes at site. We will cover all project disciplines in this phase with experienced and qualified personnel, so that you are able to know continuosly if the work is executed according to the signed contract.
• Project follow-up: Exera’s team has been working for many years with planning tools and indicators that allow us to anticipate future problems and correct trends that could have a negative impact on the project.
• Purchasing / Activation: we make available to our Customers the knowledge of our contact network with the equipment suppliers in each technology, either to advise them on their purchases, or to carry out the process directly. On the other hand, we activate and control the equipment supplies, due to the impact on the project critical path or because its importance in the operation of the installation require a more exhaustive follow-up.
