Results
The project has reached significant milestones in each phase, demonstrating steady progress towards the innovation objectives proposed to justify the R&D grant awarded by CDTI. In Activity 1, the requirements analysis and preliminary design were successfully completed, achieving a clear definition of KPIs and the collection of essential data for the solar thermal sector. This established a robust database and ensured effective process management within the VISION 4.0 platform. Additionally, the decision to use Grafana instead of PowerBI provided greater flexibility and optimization in data visualization, meeting the high usability standards required.
In the subsequent stages, predictive models were developed using Machine Learning, enabling advanced monitoring in critical areas such as water consumption, electricity, and waste management, significantly increasing the accuracy of the information. These advancements were reinforced with technical testing and user validations in the final milestone, adjusting visualizations and queries to optimize on-site usage. The culmination of these efforts in an intuitive and robust monitoring system consolidates the success of this R&D proposal, providing a high value-added tool that supports innovation and fulfills the objectives agreed upon with CDTI.
