Segundo.- Objeto de la página web
A los efectos del cumplimiento de la Ley 34/2002, de 11 de julio, de servicios de la sociedad de la información y de comercio electrónico, en adelante LSSI, el propietario del dominio le informa que la finalidad de la Página Web es publicitaria e informativa de los servicios que presta, y asimismo se permite enviar consultas sobre dichos servicios a través del formulario de contacto del sitio web.
Los datos personales que usted nos facilite para cualquiera de las opciones serán tratados exclusivamente para ponernos en contacto a fin de dar respuesta a sus solicitudes de información, no pudiendo hacer otros usos de los mismos ni cederlos a terceros sin su consentimiento, salvo aquellas cesiones previstas legalmente.
El presente aviso legal establece las condiciones de uso del portal.
El hecho de continuar la navegación por este Portal o el uso de cualquiera de los servicios propuestos supondrá la aceptación de las presentes condiciones.
Tercero.- Condiciones de acceso del usuario.

El acceso al Portal es gratuito, debiendo únicamente el usuario hacer frente a los costes derivados del coste de acceso a la Red.
No obstante, alguna parte del Portal puede suponer el acceso a servicios de pago, lo que se indicara antes de acceder a estos.
Cuarto. Limitación de responsabilidad.
Si bien el responsable del portal ponen todo su empeño en que los contenidos propios del Portal o de terceros incluidos en éste, estén libres de cualquier error, el titular del Portal no se responsabiliza ni asegura su veracidad, idoneidad ni de las consecuencias que se produzcan por el uso de estos.

a. Quinto.- Propiedad intelectual
La información usada y desplegada en la web, incluidos el software, gráficos, ilustraciones, nombres, logotipos y marcas, es propiedad de EXERA y está protegida por las Leyes Internacionales de Propiedad Intelectual e Industrial y en especial por el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1996, de 12 de abril.
Queda prohibido copiar, modificar, crear una obra derivada, invertir la concepción o la unión o de cualquier otra forma intentar encontrar el código fuente, vender, atribuir, sublicenciar o transferir de la forma que sea todo derecho referente a los programas informáticos. Además, está igualmente prohibido modificar el programa informático o utilizar versiones modificadas de los programas y, sobre todo, cuando se haga para (sin que esta enumeración sea limitativa) obtener un acceso no autorizado al servicio y acceder al sitio web por otro medio que el interfaz proporcionado por EXERA.
Sexto.- Enlaces al Portal
Está permitida la introducción de enlaces al portal, no obstante estos han de apuntar directamente a la página inicial de manera completa. Para establecer cualquier otro tipo de enlace, el interesado deberá contar con la autorización por escrito de los administradores del Portal.
Queda prohibido terminantemente, independientemente del tipo de enlace que se haga al Portal, establecer marcos, frames o cualquier otro mecanismo que permita la visualización de los contenidos a través de otro sitio distinto al Portal.
Séptimo.- Uso del sitio web

Noveno.- Vigencia de las condiciones de uso
